Details:
Executive coaching with Laura is a minimum three-month commitment (options from 3-12 months) with two coaching sessions per month and some additional support features. Sessions are usually on a set recurring biweekly schedule. After the initial program, there is an option to renew for another sequence if desired.
The program includes the following components:
- 30-minute jumpstart call to get aligned on your current strengths/challenge/goals, establish focus areas for the coaching program, decide the best behavioral assessment for your needs, discuss relevant preparation exercises for the program, and confirm the coaching schedule.
- One behavioral assessment and personalized report (Options: DISC 360, DISC Leader, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Effectiveness 360)
- Two coaching sessions per month. Six total sessions for the three month program, 12 total sessions for a six-month session, etc. Please note: the initial coaching session is 90-minutes in duration because it will include a debrief of your assessment results and goal planning conversation. The remaining sessions in the program are 60-minutes in duration. Coaching sessions are facilitated via Zoom video conferencing.
- Written recap with highlighted action steps via email after every session
- Additional curated resources that support the goals you are working on. This may include short videos, exercises, reflection prompts, worksheets, articles/readings, etc. that you can access at your convenience during the program as a self-study.
- Access to my online client portal which serves as a confidential hub for all our communications and holding space for your curated resources (session summaries, action steps, downloads, session recordings, resource links, etc.)
- Unlimited email support throughout the duration of the program

Black Woman Leading Executive Roundtables
Black Woman Leading® now provides executive roundtables for Black women C-Suite leaders.
These candid and intimate virtual gatherings (6-8 participants), based on topical themes, will be an opportunity for participants to engage with their peers, share experiences, hear recent research, and exchange insights in a facilitated dialogue. Additionally, Black Woman Leading® executive roundtables will provide a private networking and relationship-building experience for Black women in the highest levels of organizational leadership across various industries.
