Payment Options

WWW.BLACKWOMANLEADING.COM accepts all major credit cards and PayPal payments. In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you via email and ask that you place your order again with a new card. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services. The charge will appear on your credit card or PayPal statement as KNIGHTS CONSULTING.

Sales Tax and Shipping

All physical products shipped from www.blackwomanleading.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected in your order confirmation email. All shipping charges use standard shipping rates for domestic and international shipping. Please check the final pricing on the product checkout page when you make your selection.

Payment and Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. If you have purchased a physical product, you will receive an email to confirm shipment of your order. If you have any questions about your order status, please contact us at info@knightsconsultinggroup.com.

Chargebacks and Payment Security

When you provide www.blackwomanleading.com with your credit card information for payment on your account, www.blackwomanleading.com shall be authorized to charge your credit card for any outstanding fees. If you sign up for a payment plan to make monthly payments on any product, program or service, www.blackwomanleading.com shall be authorized to run all charges on or around the time they are due and not require separate authorization in order to do so. You may not make any chargebacks or cancel the credit card that is provided as security without our prior written consent. You are fully responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any fees associated with the payment collection process. Further, you may not change any of the credit card information provided to www.blackwomanleading.com without notifying us in advance. Your service agreement will provide more details for group programs.

BUYER’S REMORSE RETURN REQUESTS

We use a print-on-demand service for all Black Woman Leading® merchandise in the online shop, which means your item is printed once you order it. If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered. DAMAGED ITEMS

We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please send an email with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition to info@knightsconsultinggroup.com to begin the process.

CANCELLATION

We use a print-on-demand service for all Black Woman Leading® merchandise in the online shop. You’re free to cancel an order any time before items have been created. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancellation is possible. Digital Products 

As soon as your payment is verified in our system, you gain access to your program. (You will also receive an email from us stating your payment has been processed.)

No refunds will be issued for digital eBooks, courses, products and programs purchased on www.blackwomanleading.com under any circumstances. By making a purchase with www.blackwomanleading.com, you are confirming that you have read and understood the refund policy on our digital products and programs.
