For early-career Black women professionals, with generally less than 8 years of work experience, who aspire to become leaders within their organization with a focus on career direction and leadership identity.
Mid-Career Development Program
For mid-career Black women professionals, generally with 10+ years of work experience, who aspire to continue to grow into more senior leadership and strategic roles, with a focus on career strategy in this phase of their career.
Executive Roundtables
For Black women in C-suite level roles who would like to attend candid virtual gatherings (4-6 participants) based on topical themes to network with peers, share experiences, hear recent research, and exchange insights in a facilitated dialogue.
